I'm so glad I was able to get some teacher gifts out this year! My kids have fabulous teachers and have in the past but I don't always get the gifts out every year.  Mostly work and the holiday craziness cause my to get behind. Anyway, just little somethings I made and put together that even the boys were excited about.  I love it when the boys like a project enough that they want to share with it their friends and teachers!  So here they are!

My curvy keepsake boxes with the candy cane lollipops in them! It was certainly trial and error with these but I think I figured it out and will definitely make these again! I'm thinking Valentines workshop? Anybody? I'll bring the pops! :-)

Mini candy canes and white chocolate. Super quick, easy and delish!

Here's the super cute penguin box made by my upline Sheilah at her workshop that I was unable to attend.  She so amazing, she put together a kit with the projects and gave them to me so I could still have all the cute little boxes they made!

So a couple things I learned making these boxes to use with the pops.
----Clean off the chocolate on the stick below the candy canes. It bulks up and doesn't allow it to poke through the top of the box easily and will rip the tabs.
-----One tab must be made wider.  I used my paper snips to widening the slit that fits over the handles.
------Partially assemble the handles and one tab with the widened slit. Then slip in the pop.  Wiggle and jiggle it in.  It'll work
-------With the slit widened, make sure the stick pokes through on the opposite side of the handles (see penguin :)) That way you're able to slip the remaining tab over the handles and secure as normal.
Soon to come:

Christmas Cards! Yep, I'm still making those like no tomorrow! I'm determined to get as many out as possible!

Upcoming workshop date! We're almost on top of Christmas so let's start planning our Valentine's and Birthday workshops!

Christmas! Anyone else as excited as I am?! I love this time of year with my family. My boys and my husband are on break so I get to have them  all to myself! Haha

Is really coming up too fast!

I haven't even come close to getting my Christmas shopping done.  I have a few scrapbookers in my family so I'm thinking some Project Life sets might be in order.  We've all got things that take us away from the hours we'd love to spend crafting and scrapbooking which is how Project Life came about.  So I think that might be the way to go.  Quick, easy, cute, and creative scrapbooking for the busy mom.  Take a look at some Project Life sets Stampin Up offers.

Shipping is amazingly quick with Stampin Up, however, it is getting close so place those orders by the end of the week!  Use Hostess Code PKNAHXXD

Stampin Up shopping!

Last night's Christmas card! Non traditional colors but is still holiday pretty!

That's our crafting table. Can you tell it's well used? :-)  Also, my husband's painting in the background.  I love it.

I just love this snowman! I initially cased it for an ornament/gift tag but when my awesome creative friend Ashley to it one step further and put it on a card, I had to make my own. It's so easy and and fun to make. Definitely kid friendly. :-))

I used a dauber and Whisper White craft ink pad to get a light snowy look to it.  The cute little nose was freehand.  It's just a triangle. It only took a couple of cut outs to get the one I liked.  Don't snicker.  :-)  I flagged the ends of the scarf freehand also. That's a one shot deal but easy to do.  Same with the banner at the bottom.  Also note, I used a retire ornament punch for the hat but the extra large oval punch would work just as well.

I'm offering kits to make this card! One kit makes 5 cards for $10! Email me to order!
